Across three challenging benchmarks (GAIA, SWE-Bench, Terminal-Bench), AOrchestra achieves 16.28% relative improvement against the strongest baseline when paired with Gemini-3-Flash. We introduce AORCHESTRA, a framework-agnostic orchestration paradigm for agentic systems that models any agent as a compositional four-tuple ⟨Instruction, Context, Tools, Model⟩. Instead of relying on static roles or isolated context threads, AORCHESTRA enables dynamic, on-demand creation of specialized sub-agents with explicit context control and cost awareness. This abstraction decouples orchestration from execution, making the system plug-and-play across heterogeneous agent backends. The framework is evaluated on realistic long-horizon benchmarks including GAIA, SWE-Bench, and Terminal-Bench, achieving a 16.28% relative improvement over the strongest baseline when paired with Gemini-3-Flash.
